"Overall, a pretty pleasant stay with some nice surprises, but just enough that was not great that I won't be inclined to rebook (especially for these prices).
Pros:
- It was lovely having a balcony to step out and get some fresh air
- My bathtub had jets! plus there were complementary bath salts
- Tower view was amazing
- The atrium is something out of sci fi -- felt like being in a spacecraft
- 2 bottles of complementary water in the room
- Lawson konbini in the basement
- Wonderful park...
"Centrally located in the heart of Shinjuku. Super easy to go anywhere. We did the breakfast buffet every morning and the r food was amazing. Hotel sits on top of a train station and we could barely hear the train. 7-11, Family mart and Lawson super close by. Only complaint is they don’t have a gym or a pool. But over all a great value."
"Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing that was disappointing was half the breakfast menu was “out of stock” for 3 out of the 5 days I was there. The stay was great tho and the food was good!"
