"A bit pricey but I knew I was paying for convenience. Upon arrival, we felt a bit lost as to where to go, but staff were observant and helpful - directing us promptly. The room was smaller than I expected, although the bathroom was a nice size and room service was easy to use. However, the spy hole for the door was too high for my petite self (5'11). Personally, if I was staying alone, I would have felt uneasy about knocks at the door. The walkway to Terminal 5 was straight forward too; the check-in area was closer than I thought, which made things more manageable and less stressful. All in all, it did the job for a one night stay for two adults."

"Decent room and good location for Kensington, slight delay at check-in having been allocated a room already occupied but eventually it was sorted out. Decent WiFi too."

"Perfect location, shuttle to Heathrow every 30mins. Bus across the road from hotel takes you near Hounslow tube station for the Piccadilly line straight into London centre. Tesco Express less than 10min walk, other shops dotted along road within easy walking distance. Rooms were clean (except few marks on carpet) shower was lovely and hot and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Would stay again"

"It is very convenient to the tube right opposite and so is the bus stop. The doorman were friendly and helpful. Our complaint about unruly children in the breakfast area was taken seriously. The breakfast was good but staff could not keep up with clearing and resetting tables. The dining staff were very friendly and took good care of our needs. The Singapore restaurant was a huge disappointment. The Lebanese diner across the street had better food. For a great dining experience with great food visit the Bombay Brasserie ,we dined there twice and it draws diners primarily from India indicting their cuisine is authentic. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was cheap and in a good location with convenient parking at a reasonable price. Given the price, we were overall pleasantly surprised with the room. It was a good size and had a fridge. The breakfast was available at a nearby cafe and was freshly cooked to order. For London prices, it was too cheap to believe and tasty. The only negative is that we found the bedding a little itchy and felt the mattresses could have been more comfortable."
