"The staff ignored me more than once because my Italian is limited. We were charged for our dining more than we ate. The gym was reservation only for an hour with limited hours. The pool opened at 9am and closed at 8pm. Most restaurants in the village were closed for lunch. "

"This is a wonderful little hotel in Kranjska Gora. My wife and I were traveling through Slovenia on vacation/holiday and looking to stay in the general area of Bled but avoid the crowds and potentially higher expense. This was a great find. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. They provided abundant information and suggestions about the area. They gave us a room that was comfortable and had a good view. The breakfast was excellent - a broad buffet selection with additional kitchen-cooked items (eggs, etc.). It was delicious and very filling and satisfying. The hotel was quiet, clean and well-maintained. It appeared that ski season ended one or two weeks prior and the hotel was not crowded. We struck up friendly conversations with other guests and got additional perspectives for touring. As we were leaving to head south, we got the heads-up from the proprietors that the mountain pass that we intended to travel was closed because of a recent snowstorm. They gave us alternate suggestions plus a map with good directions. They went above and beyond. We HIGHLY recommend Garni Hotel Miklic. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Thank you, proprietors for the hospitality!"

"Beautiful, modern, and clean hotel- perfect access if you have a rental car and are touring the Soca Valley. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast in the morning. Only small thing to be aware of is that the WIFI signal is very weak in the rooms and main area; the reliable spot for a good signal is the couch behind the reception desk, tho I’m sure the WIFI will be improved. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"This Hotel is so beautiful, clean and new! The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and the location is a paradise! The lake is the most stunning blue/green! Early Sat morning the lake was bustling with Adventure seekers, wind surfing and mountain climbing! The wild life- ducks and birds made the stay so peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel! "
