"I stay here every year and I'll keep coming back. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, everything is clean and well kept, and the staff are consistently excellent. The breakfast buffet is a highlight — great spread, and I never skip it. Location works perfectly for getting around Sapporo. Easily my favorite hotel in the city."

"This hotel surprised me. It is easy to find. Clear sign. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast checkin. Room was spacious and had kettle to boil Hot water and fridge with complimentary bottles of water. It is an airport hotel for overnight stay but it made us feel comfort. The breakfast was just ok for me, nothing fancy."

"Great Location ! Close to all city points of interest. Very helpful staff. Tran at the info desk was so helpful and was able to help us translate when we had a problem with our flight changes. All the correspondence that we received about our flight changes were in Japanese, he helped us translate through the ANA website and the staff at the info desk even helped us print a hard copy of our e-tickets! Thank you for our wonderful stay at the facility. We will stay there again, in the future when we visit for the “ Sapporo Snow Festival “ 😀😊"
