Only 100m walk to the pristine surf beaches at Chiton Rocks this spacious 4 bedroom, (5th bedroom or study), 3 bathroom, 2 kitchen and 2 living area home over 2 levels is the perfect place to enjoy your relaxing and peaceful beach holiday. Whether a couple or family (or two), this beach house will suit all holiday makers. Upstairs is the main living area. The open kitchen has a walk-in pantry. Adjacent is a dine and lounge area with cathedral ceilings and a balcony with panoramic views to the hills and wetlands. The main bedroom is also upstairs with spacious ensuite and bath. There is a small office or 5th bedroom (fold out single bed). Downstairs, there is another big living area, a kitchenette, another bathroom and laundry with a further shower and toilet. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two with bunks. Each level is fully self-contained. There is an outdoor entertaining area off the downstairs living area with BBQ. There is a garage with table tennis and mini skate ramp.

We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week post Christmas with our fur-baby Barney. The house could easily have accommodated many more, it is spacious and light and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for when we cooked but found some great local spots also. Proximity to the beach and SLSC were excellent and view of the Victor fireworks from just above the SLSC was splendid. Thanks for a great stay. Mikey & Cate Clifton Hill VIC

We stayed over the Easter break and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. Gave us plenty of space with young children, backyard was secure and being pet friendly our dog could come with us making it an ideal family stay for 3 generations. A short walk to the beach and to Chiton life savers club, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

The house was very comfortable and well laid out, the shower and bath in the ensuite was exceptional. The entertainment for the kids was great especially the blackboard and skate board ramp. The closeness to the beach and surf living club for meals and drinks was very convenient.

Large beach House perfect for families with teenagers and pets . Fabulous master bedroom & ensuite upstairs and 3 downstairs bedrooms .A Short stroll to the beach and short drive into the fabulous seaside village of Port Elliot. Some upkeep is needed for the balcony areas and garden BBQ area which are all looking pretty unloved but otherwise a very comfortable stay .

The Location was fantastic. However, the cleanliness outside on the balconies, mainly was disgusting. We were unable to sit on the beach side as there was bird poo everywhere. The floor on either balcony was far from clean. several of the beds were uncomfortable and the room set up was not as advertised! To go through a room to get to another room wasn't appropriate. Stove wasn't as hot as it could have been. The Main Bedroom and Ensuite were fantastic! We did have an enjoyable stay and "Thank You"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very bad experience with this property. It was so bad that we were forced to not stay in our rooms. The property was unclean,hazardous and unsuitable for stay.1. Rooms downstairs had spider webs and spiders all around. Lights were flickering. Pedestal fan was broken. There was no privacy between the two conjoined rooms. No direct access to toilets from one of the room downstairs. 2. Backyard was filthy and had a continuous pungent smell from Septic tank making it difficult to breathe. This forced us to vacate the room downstairs and also not able enjoy the backyard.3. BBQ was unclean and hence not usable.4. Rear balcony area was unclean and also had the smell from downstairs and hence not able to enjoy. 5. Broken blinds (Windows) 6. Sink in the bathroom upstairs was blocked. We cleaned it to make it usable.(photo send earlier to you in email)7. General Maintenance and tidy up issues making the house unwelcoming for guests.Our friends left early due this bad experience and they also rejected to contribute leaving me with the financial burden to bear the entire costs. I too left a day early. Overall a very bad experience for me and my family, and I would never recommend this property to anyone.It would be appreciated if the owner can consider and return/subsidise some of the booking price. This will help reduce some the financial burden that i had to bear due to mental this property has caused to me and my friends.The bad experience was communicated immediately to you. I tried calling again but i guess the office was closed for Christmas break.
