"For a first-time visitor to India, this was a most convenient hotel to stay at. The reception staff were pleasant, helpful and assisted with any enquiries I might have had; and arranged taxis (at cost) to take me to the Chalai Bazaar or transfer to the airport. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a good variety of food on offer for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was in close walking distance to nearby attractions, e.g. Connemara Market, Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, etc."

"I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. Break fast and other meals at their restaurant were very tasty. There is always a good selection of items. Staff is very professional and polite. "
