"This is somewhere that is actually better in reality than in the pictures. The decor and level on maintenance is first class. The owner has clearly shown as much care on the apartment as she would on her own living space. Many fine, well thought out details reflect that care. One small glitch was rapidly and appropriately resolved by the owner.As my family lives within 5 minutes of the cottage, my wife and I look forward to many returns in the future. Highly recommended. "I was visiting my sister who lives in Taunton with my 1yo daughter and we had an amazing stay. The apartment was bright, clean and cozy. It is in a very central part of town and we were able to walk everywhere! Highly highly recommend! Communicating with Malcom was easy and we really enjoyed our stay."

"It was amazing. In the kitchen is everything you need. And the details. Great. Important things were in red. Very nice. The double bed was quite nice. The bathroom was very clean like the kitchen and other rooms as well! We could reach everything in a short walk. So no car needed most of the time. Next time again!"

"Overall stay was lovely, great location and Google maps gets you there fine but written instructions a little confusing with many DONT’s. The linens on the 2 single beds became very damp over the course of our 2 night stay which was of course uncomfortable. Possibly the stone walls/warm bodies. Perhaps a dehumidifier and some constant low heat could resolve this. There were guests in the cottage above us which was disturbing overnight. "We had a lovely stay in Blue Anchor, the cottage was so warm and cozy, beautiful views and a much needed welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. Lisa the host was amazing and we would definitely come back. It was our dog Rocky's first time on the beach and he loved it. Its a very dog friendly place and everyone we met was so friendly.
