"I don’t even know where to start. We fell in love with the shepherd’s hut just looking at the pictures. The reality was so much more! It was a 5* experience! Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, amazing views, very private and secluded, cooking wise everything you may need, big bathroom and a powerful shower. "Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"A lovely comfortable stay. Betty is not your average “Shepherds Hut”. It has central heating a great shower and a wood burning stove really heats the place. Great location, just away from a quiet road, so good access.. A short drive or walk down to the village- The Cross pub was amazing. Lovely cycling, walks on your doorstep. Taurus crafts and micro brewery on your doorstep and ideally located for other tourist visits. A peaceful haven. We hope to be back soon."
