"It’s not fancy but the location was on point. I walked to the beach everyday. Only complaint I had was WiFi was spotty. Clean and responsive management. "

"The duplex was very clean and met our needs. The refrigerator quit working the first night and the host had it repaired before we returned from our fishing trip the next day so we were able to freeze all of the fish we caught for the week. The laundry facility was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location for the places we visited. We will definitely book again if available for our next fishing trip to Panama City."

"We had a great trip everything worked perfectly and has been well maintained. The house and the back area were super cute and plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture. Easy beach access with the large golf cart and a quiet neighborhood. Will come back and stay for sure. Owners made everything easy and the 12 pm check in and check out was a huge plus especially when having dogs."

"Tonya and Ken's property is gorgeous, convenient to shops, beach, restaurants ect. The room is perfect for a couple. Don't forget to grill out or hit the hot tub/pool. Tonya and Ken even took the time to incorporate a July 4th party with Mikes 50th birthday. From decorating the room, food, and a cake with his name on it!! Everyone made us feel welcomed and like we're long lost friends whom we just met. I can't say how thankful we are. Will be back soon!! Thank you Tonya and Ken for everything."
