"Awesome experience! Staff was the best!!! Great pool experience. I had my private access to the pool from the room- amazing! Clean, luxurious! The only down thing was not being able to use 20% dinner as I forgot to mention it at dinner and it was too late next day/or the staff did not know how to apply it. Michael was amazing host at dinner! Also the spa and massage was really special! Great experience overall! Close to the port too, it was 8 euro and 5 min ride. Recommended!"

"The resort is well located, very close to the beach, 5 min walk; close to the city, Chios, 15 min drive, and 10 min drive to the airport. Farfas is a small village, well served. I noticed a bus stop to Chios but never used. The resort facilities are a little old but well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, daily room service. They provide breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, very tasty, and a new Nespresso machine, love it. The pool is relatively small, the downside is that open hours start very late, 11am, till 7pm and it was packed with kids, no time for adults to use it. That area needs more cleaning maintenance. The covered parking is very confusing, there are different entrances and small spaces, The customer service is great. Sad to see that the top floor, ocean view, is no longer in service. We had a great vacation, highly recommend."

"Rooms were good, Shower glass needs some sort of flap at the bottom as impossible to have a shower without the whole of floor getting wet. Lights not well place next to the bed you have to get out of bed to switch it off, which at night is annoying Also would have preferred some sort of glass partition on the balcony as it is only a low wall, therefore not very private. Staff were very polite and helpful, and service was excellent"

"Nice location, very clean and quiet. Just steps away from the beach, with a lovely taverna within easy walking distance. There is no parking at the property, but we were able to find parking on the back streets in the neighborhood. A great choice for a relaxing stay."
