No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "Este hotel no lo deberian contemplar en sus opciones, es mas , no se como se llama hotel. Es un sitio absolutamente desagradable. Ademas que el estado de las instalaciones es deplorable, los cuartos estan llenos de pulgas y garrapatas en las camas. El estado de limpieza del lugar es un desastre. El desayuno solo son opciones de cosas dulces. No hay recepcion despues de cierta hora y la puerta permanece abierta. Es un completo desatsre y no lo recomiendo para nada."

"Top noch amazing food! Kind staff. Averave accommodations. Long walk or bike or shuttle to beach. Non heated pools. Broken steamroom. Nkt much of a gym with limited hours. Arrived in our room with dorty towels on the floor from previous guests.
But the food was the best weve had at a hotel! "

"Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool. "
