"Always fantastic"

"Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. "

"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."

"First time in Tenerife and picked a perfect hotel in my view. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing. "

"This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained."
