"These accommodations were perfect for my stay. Basically a studio apartment with a kitchenette and private bath. My only wish is that I had a larger window to open as the sea breeze was amazing, and the kitchenette was a bit cramped near the front door, but I only stayed 1 night and did not need much kitchen space. The location was terrific. Basically it is located in town as well as on the beach - set back behind sand dunes. I would stay again if in the area just for the town and beach access!"

"Needed a last minute hotel that would be open late to accommodate a midnight arrival. There is 24 hour desk staff here. Called the next morning to let them know I would be arriving around midnight, they were pleasant, noted it and told me to drive safely. We arrived and the woman was super helpful and cheerful even at midnight, she got us cookies and made sure we had something to drink if we needed. The lobby was decorated for the season and was super cute! Loved it! Room was super clean, PLENTY OF TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHES, my pet peeve when not enough, Goat's milk soap and lotion a nice touch and shower gel smelled good. Cute little deck overlooking the river. Turned on the AC as we both like a cold room and it was quiet and efficient. Next morning breakfast was adequate, many choices, nothing super special but pumpkin spice waffles were a nice option! I heard someone say the gravy was good too! Saw some pets as we checked out, chatted a bit with the new desk staff and really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for the area!"

"Location is excellent with everything within walking distance. We stayed in Suite 206, which is a corner suite with its own bathroom. There was a cute egg-shaped swing chair hanging from the ceiling and a long couch but no TV, which was fine because we were hardly in the room. There were two bathrobes, blow dryer, and a mini tower fan available in the closet. Room and bathroom were very clean. Recommend using the provided earplugs or picking up a fan noise maker since the hotel has several bars across the street that play live music on weekends and delivery/garbage trucks early in the mornings. The check-in desk is up three short flights of stairs and there are no elevators so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Parking was plentiful on the street."

"I love how close the inn is to the sea. I love that they have a moce fireplace you can make s'mores on. Plus their cookie time is so fun an cute. I plan on coming back."

"Everything was amazing, the people, the hot tub, the pool is ACTUALLY heated, pay the extra to get the view room. It's well worth the stay and money. No complaints at all"

"This is a nice facility, a little older but well maintained and clean. The bathroom was a bit small. Great value for the cost. Secure, at the beach, balcony, views, easy walk to the main strip on the promenade. I will stay their again when I return."
