Mishaka Pond located in Chino, Nagano-pref, Japan

Reflection on the pond is quite gorgeous here. The famous Japanese painter, Kaii Higashiyama was inspired to draw a painting from this scenery, as he imagining a unicorn is living in this pond. Beautiful, fantasy-like place. Great spot for photographers.

"* Wrong address information The address shown in the reservation lead us to very different hotel in deep wood site. We have arrived at late hours (notified to hotel in advance) and it was very scary to go wrong wood road. * Different room type The reservation said, 3 beds plus loft with 2 futon. My kids were looking forward to sleep in the loft bed. But the room provided was without loft. "

"This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever been to 1. We were not able to get in to the hotel !!!! One day we came back to the hotel at 13:30 in the afternoon, THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED and no one was at the front desk. Basically that morning, my friends and I had a sports competition near the hotel, we therefore came back for shower before heading out again. But then, the door was locked and WE COULDN’T GET IN !!! Crazy !!!!! I paid for the hotel and could not get in within the day ???? What logic is...
