"Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10."

"Location, location, location! Great spot, easy access to train and underground. Lots of places to eat nearby, including their restaurant. Plus happy hour every night (limited drinks) but still a nice venue for relaxing and conversation."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß. Liegt daran,das es ein neueres Gebäude ist und kein uriges Londoner Hotel. Außerdem haben wir komischerweise ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer bekommen. Es war sehr ruhig. Man kann selber einchecken oder auch super schnell beim Personal einchecken. Es sind ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington entfernt. Also braucht man insgesamt vom Flughafen Heathrow mit dem Heathrow Express nach Paddington bis zur Unterkunft nur ca. 25min. Und vom Hotel aus sind es 5...

"Great to have parking for the airport and have a room reserved for you when you return. We drive up from Vermont and fly from Montreal from time to time. Better than other airport options in the Vermont/New York area."

"The hotel was great and the beds simply spectacular as advertised. The staff was very helpful but if you are going to this hotel, know that there aren’t as many staff members as you may be used to at other hotels. Breakfast buffet was very good. The location is excellent, but please mind that it is on a narrow cobblestone dead-end street that’s some walking distance from the nearest station. If you have luggage, choose Uber for travel. "

"The room was quite small - we had a family room and it was okay for the 2 of us, but small storage for our travel items as we were there for 5 days prior to a 2 week cruise.The washroom was newly refurbished and was very nice. We had the breakfast package and it was excellent and fresh everyday. We happened to be there during the tube strike and the hotel's location was great as we ended up walking to many attractions we had planned to take public transit. After 9am it was gridlock on the roads."
