"GOOD SERVICES"

"A very nice place to escape the hectic downtown of HK."

"Good location"

"Need more shuttle buses, not only once a day in a very early morning which the mall stores were not even open. More wall outlets in the bedroom. Staffs need remind customers about the demagnetized key card while it stored together with the phone, or upgrade your system."

"Friendly staff"

"Just perfect."

"Room was spacious. Much appreciated the staff at reception for upgrading my room with the river view. Andrew (concierge) was very helpful and pleasant."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"Like everything except power outlets are not sufficient and not near the beds to support CPAP and no USB-C charging ports."

"Positive: location/public transport (Mtr) Negative: Air conditioner in the rooms are set by 18 degrees at the lowest, therefore our rooms was to warm (we requested fans) Both nights during our stay the male sauna/steam rooms were out of order. One of the reasons we paid the higher premium prices was that we wanted to use their facilities. We felt “ripped off”."

"Never come back"

"Location was the best. Bathroom was very filthy. Housekeeping provided to very minimal"

"Room was pretty small and clean and had everything I needed. Staff was helpful. The best part is that it’s right across the street from a MTR station."
