"Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately...

"The staff were super friendly and helpful ! Great service and drinks from the bar. However the listing showed that our room had a private bathroom which it did not in reality. Further the pillows are super flat and lack comfort. Would definitely stay again if these are improved ! "

"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. Our plane was also late coming in but we were able to arrange self check-in for when we arrived and sorted out the details in the morning. Thank you again!"

"Had a wonderful time staff is absolutely fantastic. The place is clean safe and very friendly. The beds are comfortable. Didn’t care to much for the blackout drapes ( I like total darkness when I sleep) these are see through a little. The bathroom and showers are clean private. Will stay again . The staff really makes the difference you can tell they take pride in there work o lots of steps have a bad knee but pushed through keep in mind with large luggage.. staff helped an old man out .....
