"My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading out to Cadiz. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful with helping us find a few places to visit in Madrid. The staff spoke English which was great for me. The breakfast was superb. The variety of food was amazing. Something for everyone there to eat. The restaurant was very clean too. Excellent place to stay and it is right next to the train station! We would absolutely stay here again."

"Outstanding service from check-in to check-out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with thoughtful perks that made our stay feel special. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, we could walk to major sights, tapas bars, cafés, and supermarkets in minutes.Walking distance from Madrid Atocha train station and equipped with high-speed trains which takes you to to UNESCO listed gems like Toledo, Segovia, Ávila, Córdoba, and Zaragoza for easy day trips. Breakfast was superb! Generous buffet with plenty of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, and local specialties. They even pack breakfast to go if you’re heading out early for a tour which is very ideal for making the most of your day. We’d happily return on our next Madrid visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Another treasured find that will surely be added in our list!"
