"If you are looking for an amazing hotel out in the country, then this is it!! This has been a bucket list vacation for my wife for years and we were not disappointed! The view from the hotel is AWESOME! The photos do not do it justice. It is better in person! The room was excellent, we always had hot water for the shower. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The food was excellent as we ate breakfast there as well as some of our evening meals. The Staff was amazing; very friendly and cordial to our needs. Most importantly it was peaceful there. We constantly heard the birds chirping which gave a calming effect to the experience and other guests were quiet and respectful as well. As my wife said, this was like and extended honeymoon for us. This was an excellent choice. I highly recommend staying here."

"Wonderful property, food was good (just not the usual Colombian food, but still good). Pool and spa are great, the property hosts daily walks to the river and meditation sessions. Overall easy to get to the highway and it’s pretty safe. Only downside was that there really wasn’t much hot water for showers and the lighting in the rooms is very dim plus no mirrors (I think it’s just for the aesthetic of the property though). Overall great would stay here, staff is very helpful. "

"A great place to stay and enjoy nature with a plus: the hot springs. Great breaksfast buffet , rooms and customer service. Ask for Oliver, the guide, to complete your stay with a trip to Hacienda Charrascal, a great coffee tour experience."
