Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. I have stayed at this specific FaveHotel over 10 trips. Staff are thoroughly trained and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and has decent variety. Rooms are clean. Housecleaning is excellent. Food was excellent, highly recommend the Italian (squid ink pasta) & Indonesian restaurants (breakfast buffet). Great discount at the spa from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding.
But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed.
If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.
