"We loved the Dagny. It’s beautiful, but Our room didn’t get made up on Wednesday and then Thursday they didn’t leave any face cloths in the bathroom. I asked at the desk around noon and they said they would send some right up, but it didn’t happen."

"The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, greeted me right when I walked in and got checked in quickly. They forgot to tell me I had a free breakfast, so I woke up to a "free breakfast" coupon that had been slipped under my door overnight. I hadn't left any time for breakfast, so missed it. It would have been good to know that upon check-in. The room was super comfortable, AC worked well (although was pretty loud/dripping sounds), very clean and quiet. Room service was affordable, and the food was delivered in about 15 minutes. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. "
