"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"

"Apartment was large -- three rooms plus bath -- and fitted out well. Nice king-size bed, and there's a second TV in the guest/sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped although we brought our own Kuerig. The 27 steps to the second floor might be a challenge for some, but not for us! The view was great for sunsets, but no view of Main Street. But the convenient location more than made up for that. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Originally we reserved a studio accommodation. Realizing that two flight of stairs were beyond our abilities, we decided to head back home. Dan reached out to us and offered us the first floor accommodations at no additional cost. We gladly accepted his offer and returned the following day. It was a wonderful weekend with a peaceful location with one of the greatest hot tubs. We passed the location to friends of ours. We too, will return to Montreat too."

From the beautiful historic building, the assigned parking and secure entrance to the style, comfort and cleanliness of the condo there was nothing to find fault with. A well outfitted kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, luxurious bedding, awesome shower, I could go on and on... My only complaint... terrible toilet paper! Our friends said the pull out couch was not very comfortable but that’s honestly not surprising. Also the bed in the room was very squeaky. It sounds like it had plastic underneath. "This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"It was a wonderful cabin in the woods. Super quaint and super clean. We'd definitely recommend and we will return. The only thing that was a small problem was, it is pet friendly BIT there is really nowhere much to walk your dog (at least where we were)."
