"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "

"Very nice place, excellent breakfast, lovely location for walks and local shops/dining. room was adequate, but it did have a kettle which was great! Breakfast was excellent."

"Excellent hotel! Aside from the very dirty exterior which makes the place look as though it has burnt down recently, the inside is absolutely fine, with light corridors, friendly staff and good sized clean bedrooms and ensuite. I didn't have breakfast though for €6 approximately, the price seems good from what I saw. The bedroom contained a heating/AC system, a TV, Clothes hangars, duel bed side tables with ample lighting and a desk and chair. In the bathroom, shampoo was provided as well as towels. The water pressure was decent and hot water was always available. I arrived on a bicycle and they had a secure inside office to store it in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the checkout time was a comfortable 12:00. Would recommend 100%"

"Amazing cabin by the river, everything we needed and super cosy warm with the wood burner. Instructions about the property were perfect and covered everything we needed, easy to find. Location is very quiet but within a short drive of a number of towns with everything you need, plus a number of supermarkets. Loved this place, hope to return soon."

"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links with each other. For example we had to depart our room for 11am whereas Natura Parc does not open until 1pm. As it was raining we decided to drive on to our next location rather than wait around for 2 hours. Had Natura Parc opened earlier we would have gone there. Whilst this is not the fault of the accommodation it would have been useful if you could check out later on or if there was somewhere you could eat lunch to pass the time until Natura Parc opened."

"Excellent property in an area of France we had not visited before.Locals were generally helpful and friendly.La bonne source in Revin and Robinsons in nearby village were two good restaurants.Plenty to do in house in bad weather and plenty outside.Plenty of amenities close by. It was a good choice."

"We had the most beautiful stay and Jean Luc is the most perfect host. Always there when needed. We were a group of twelve half/half adults to kids ratio and easily there was room for more. The area is just beautiful and we enjoyed our walks in the nearby woods."
