"Beauty and Peace on the Peninsula This property is a gem. The property has everything you need to slow down. We love staying in the summer, but I think that it would be a cozy getaway anytime. We enjoy staying here when we make our annual trip to visit with family. It allows us to have a space to ourselves that makes us feel refreshed each day. The lush gardens make the property feel private and secluded. This property is perfect for two people. Just enough. The bed is very comfortable and the nature of the yurt makes you feel like you are in a safe cocoon. The bathroom is lovely and there is enough hot water to take a shower or fill the soaking tub. The heated floors make it feel so high end and have the added benefit of keeping the entire yurt at the perfect temperature if there is a slight chill in the nighttime air. (There is a heater, but we've never had to use it) We love grinding our coffee beans in the morning and making coffee in the French press. The outdoor cooking kitchen is well supplied and keeps the inside of the yurt cool. We also love the absence of a tv. There is plenty of light for reading, lounging, chatting, and playing games. The hosts are wonderful and as attentive as you may require. They have included lots of info in the yurt on the surrounding area and tons of adventures for you to choose from."

"Very charming tiny home! Extremely clean and well furnished. Lovely spot with views of the water. Wall cooler cooled the tiny house effectively. We loved it and would recommend it! However, if you are looking at booking there are a few things to be aware of: There is no beach access from the property. The pictures we saw on the booking site seem to be older - there are two camper trailers parked (seemingly long-term/permanently) directly in front of the property, so it is not secluded and alone on a large empty space of land. The neighbors were quiet and respectful, but one of the trailers had flashing decorative lights that shone directly into the living space where the couch bed is (even with blinds closed - my daughter thought it was police cars). There was also construction happening directly behind the tiny home; but they respected usual working hours. It is a quick jaunt over to Port Townsend. These things were not a big deal to us as tenants, and it is a lovely little spot. We recommend."

"We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved this home. The views were beautiful, the fireplace made the space feel warm and cozy, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. We made the most of the hot tub and sauna, and loved exploring the beach. The theater room was a fantastic bonus and made our evenings even more enjoyable - the teenagers especially loved it. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Can't recommend enough!"

"This location is quite the escape. Secluded but not isolated. Gardens are beautiful as are the views of the bay. The gazebo is a great bonus. This is the perfect place to drop off the radar for a few and pass the time reading in the gazebo. Hosts were fabulous and their breakfast basket was a welcome treat. Will be back."

"We stayed here for a long weekend while attending a conference and it was an excellent home base. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our group of coworkers needed. One of the best features is the location—there's a well-worn trail through the woods behind the house that leads directly down to Chimacum Creek Beach Park, making for a beautiful, short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and just a quick drive into downtown Port Townsend. We also enjoyed dinner at San Juan Taqueria, about 3 miles west of the house, which served excellent Mexican food. We'd definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our time in Port Hadlock and this VRBO. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and the property was amazing. If you are looking to get away and unplug this is your place. Amazing views and all the comforts of home. My family and I enjoyed coffee on the deck and talking around the firepit at night."
