Completely disorganised with lack of clear communication and no acknowledgement of disruption and no apology received. Cannot comment on this property, we stayed elsewhere. "Bedrooms as big as ballrooms!This split-level house is big enough to get lost in. Floors and bathrooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable although the oven had not been checked for rotting food left by previous tenants, and not wiped out. The garbage bin was overflowing, but owner explained there is only fortnightly pick up.The main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe is pure luxury but unfortunately located on the middle level, which means occupants of the two bedrooms on the upper...

"My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. "Our accommodation was great . We really appreciated the big comfy king bed & full kitchen & washing machine . We came to Beechworth to ride the High Country cycling trails & surrounding gravel roads . Yakandandah was our favorite little village with a bustling vibe. Highly recommend Bare accommodation if you want to be in town & walking distance to local amenities this is a great spot . Very clean & well appointed. "
