"I love the new remote controlled heater/air conditioner. The room smelled nice, the bedclothes smelled clean, the floor vacuumed very well. The bathroom tile floor had that sticky feeling that some cleaners leave. Everything worked. But I think the pillows (only two on a king bed) date back to the 40’s because no one has sold that hard cotton batting thin pillows for many years. I got up and went to my car to get travel pillows at 2:30 in the morning so I could sleep. An extra blanket would have been welcome. Also, the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. It is too soiled to clean in my opinion. Much improvement from my last stay, though. It is a budget hotel. Feels safe and was very quiet. The clerk gets a kick out of telling you that you are staying at the FBI, Family Budget Inn."

"For the price, I thought this was a great choice. My biggest complaint is somebody should always be behind the counter greeting people or letting us know their presence. The world is becoming a place where people are less involved and I think if you’re in any type of business, customer skills is a very important decision in the choices I make."
