"Helpful and friendly staff. Room wasn’t really what was on the listing— a lot older than depicted and some things were kind of falling apart. Felt clean though."

Hilton Columbus Downtown
8/10 Good
"Hotel is very nice and clean, this is the second time we have stayed here. Convenient for walking to Nationwide arena for a hockey game. Rooftop bar is amazing but a little expensive, which is to be expected. Would have given 5 stars but a couple small things bothered us while we stayed here. Our room had an odd wood fire smoke smell that started around 3:30pm that lasted till the middle of the night. I did check with the front desk to make sure nothing was wrong and was told it was “because of the rooftop bar starting up their grills and the smell travels through the vents”?! Other than that, the parking garage was very convenient but also pricy at $43 per day. Overall not a bad experience."
