"My stay was very horrible. it was ants everywhere host lied about the cleaner for a whole day . i couldn’t cook , shower and my family was very uncomfortable.. The host didn’t help me in any way but try to charger me extra for leaving pass 11am because of how nasty his place was."

"Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay."

"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would...

"This property was perfect for our quick weekend to Rochester. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom was roomy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Shelby was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to emails. I would highly recommend this property! And there is a Dunkin’ Donut coffee shop within walking distance, which was wonderful!"
