"This is a great option for a pre-cruise hotel. It is close to the port and is certainly no less than a three star hotel."

"Went to eat breakfast. No server in sight. I was properly sat by the host, and had small conversation with the cook. Who ended up getting me the things I needed because the server brought my drinks and then disappeared."

"Stay far away from this horrible place! Staff will give away your paid and reserved room! Then claim they cannot accommodate you because the rooms are “full” and awaiting for other guests to “check in”. Staff has horrible attitude when asked “why was my PAID room given away?” He clearly did not understand as he said “it wasn’t given away”…well, obviously I didn’t have my room I paid for. They tried sticking us in a “suite”. This suite was large…basically a whole extra room added but empty and no extra bed as we needed 2. Lights in bathroom did not work. Light switch and electrical wire just hanging. Terrible mold! Sheets with what appeared as blood stains and burn marks. And workers are horrible at keeping the place “safe” as you can clearly see drugs being dealt/used and prostitution. Steer FAR AWAY from this place!!! More like a place for locals that are either drugs or prostituting."

"The bar was good. Breakfast looked great but there is a $19 charge for it. Big selection with fresh made eggs your way."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was covered in homeless people. It was dirty. There were no pillow cases on the bed nor a blanket. There was a nail sticking out of the wall. Someone shot a gun next door in the middle of the night. It was terrible. I was genuinely scared for my life."

"The staff to serve breakfast on Sunday morning did not show up, so there was no breakfast served that morning and no coffee either. On my last nite staying, it was Sunday nite and the elevator was making some kind of really lous clanging noise when it moved and could be heard all nite long and very annoying to myself and im sure guest as well"

"Late check in instructions costed! Text by the owner was inconsiderate and made us feel UNWELCOME.This house was unsafe! NOT WORTH THE COST!!! Buldging pealing and cracked walls and ceilings, insufficient outlets, uneven floors and walls, and structure; doors did not close, dirty worn sofas, insufficient kitchen supplies, old rough towels, tiny toilet, intermittent air conditioner in living room, fear of collapsing holes in the balcony floor, worn dirty porch furniture, wobbly banister on steep cement stairs, limited parking in front, blinds broken and set too high to reach, windows lacked privacy, beds were hard, linen and pillows were cheap, bug bit me the last night. Over 20 stairs to climb to a major disappointment. Washer , dryer and water pressure were the best features."
