"Overall, we were pretty meh on this place. The wifi didn't work and cell service in this area was spotty which made planning day trips challenging. The place wasn't super clean. With a young child, we ran anti baterial wipes over parts of the house and compared to other places it was much dirtier. We also had multiple spiders and a bee in the cottage which we were there. The blinds in the bedroom let in a lot of light which caused our young child to wake up at 4:30am each morning. There were...

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at America Farm to visit nearby family. The property has a cosy feeling to it, in a great location."

"Owners met us personally at the house and were flexible with timings. We had a tour and they explained how the appliances worked. Welcome hamper along with milk, bread and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Really well equipped kitchen, all bathrooms had soap and plenty of towels to use. Location is very central within walking distance or a bus or train to a lot of things to do. When we left my daughter realised she’d lost a ring. Owners found it when cleaning and went above and beyond...

"Property is ideal for a couple, short or longer stay. Very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent within a quiet area very close to City Centre. Great shops - highly recommended Butcher - and three great Pubs with nearest next door but one and furthest about a minute away. Parking on road is limited to 30 minutes between 0800 and 1800, but parking available close by, and was ok. Would recommend this property."

"Lovely annexe to the owners property, set in a pretty, well-kept garden, with a welcoming basket of goodies to greet you inside. As beautiful inside as outside, you immediately feel at home. Five stars all round!"

"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverbridge Cottage. We loved being in such a unique property, and its vibrant location. It was a glorious weekend and so we were able to use the first floor terrace. The cottage has all the comforts of home and Barbara and Neil clearly care about the cottage and their guests. Wonderful."
