"This was the perfect pick for the start of our family’s Japan adventure. Staff were so friendly and helpful when needed (going the extra mile for us a few times). The breakfast buffet was huge and so delicious, great selection of Japanese and Western food and drink. Superb convenient location to hop on a train to anywhere in Greater Tokyo or elsewhere in Japan. Amazing value, would recommend to anyone. Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu!"

"This hotel waa outstanding! The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in, to shuttles, breakfast, room questions, and the farewell at check out. They went the extra mile for you. I loved my room! It was spacious, well designed with a comfortable bed and a wonderful private onsen to enjoy while listening to the little waterfall. I didnt want to leave the room. And I can't wait to come back!"

"Convenient location, steps away from subway station, with supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. Amazing view, spacious rooms. Slightly dated but clean and very well-kept. The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."
