"This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."

"The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming."

"I picked this hotel knowing it was not in the center as I wanted air conditioning and a separate room for my child (suite). We learned and the walls are not sound proof (as both were mentioned in the information section on Expedia). The hotels positive is the wait staff was acclimating and friendly. The breakfast was good, and it was as near the walking/biking trail to the old section of town which was quiet and nice). If it had air conditioning I would have given it a solid four stars, but as the day time temperature got to around 90 F it got a stuffy by late afternoon."
