"Stayed here over a year ago. Property shows a little aging. However, the staff is friendly and customer service oriented. Only stayed one night so I couldn't use the soaking tub (but I will next stay) and got up too late for breakfast. This location is an excellent value."

It is also close to a waterfront preserve with estuary. The house is very family friendly with a variety of games. The host is great to work with. "Wonderful kitchen as expected - can't beat the 360 degree water delight. Beds were comfortable and all of our party was happy with the peace of the space. Bainbridge is pretty strict with rules and regulations so we felt that limitation in a way, not really feeling comfortable enjoying the outside fire pit fully and our ability to go out on the water was limited by a lack of a paddle and at least we couldn't find any standup paddle boards which was a little disappointing because only one of us could go out on the water at a time. But we loved our sunset gifts and again had some wonderful breakfasts and easy long mornings and walks, so would just be a little more prepared or ask the host for or rent updated equipment if water play is a motivation to stay here."
