Estoy muy complacida con el Hotel,solo un gran problema soy desabilitada y el hotel cuenta con una gran escalera de entrada,asi que por ese motivo hemos tenido que dejar el hotel a los 2 dias y buscar otro.

Al dejar la habitacion pesima la actitud de los empleados me senti tratada como una ratera al tener que esperar para ver si decia verdad al asegurar que no tenia ningun consumo. Un empleado pidiendo rapido la llave, otro reteniendo mi maleta. Ustedes creen que, aun etuviera mintiendo, se puede retener sin ninguna delicadeza a un cliente por 0.50 cm que cuesta un jugo?. Tengan su control, pero por favor, sin ofender al cliente. Yo habia pagado S/525 por tres noches y estaba dejando la ultima sin utllizar. Saben como me senti ante esta humillacion en publico.

Overraskende dejligt.

Hotellet ligger centralt. Morgenmad var incl.i prisen og det var en fantastisk måltid, både kold og varm morgenmad, super dejligt. Sammenlignet med prisen er dette hotel virkelig supert. Kan varmt anbefales. Hjælpsomt personale.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Chiclayo

Wir haben das Museum "Tumbas Reales De Señor de Sipan" besichtigt und einen Ausflug zum Ozean gemacht. Dee Manager des Hotels hat uns ausführlich informiert und bei der Gestaltung der weiteren Reise geholfen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet war excellent. Wir können das Hotel wärmsten empfehlen.

Hotel günstig gelegen , mit hervorragendem Service

Wir haben das Museum Tumbas Reales Señor de Sipan besichtigt und eine Fahrt zum Ozean gemacht. Von der Stadt selbst haben wir nur die Plaza de Armas angeschaut. Da mein Mann krank wurde, konnten wir nicht mehr alles unternehmen. Zum Glück gibt es ganz in der Nähe des Hotels eine Klinik, wo meinem Mann sofort geholfen werden konnte. Auf Grund seiner Erkrankung haben wir den Aufenthalt um 2 Tage verlängert. Max, der Chef des Hotels hat sich hür uns viel Zeit genommen, um uns zu beraten und für uns sogar die Flugtickets nach Lima gebucht. Das gesamte Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und jede Bitte wurde schnellsten umgesetzt. Das Hotel hat auch ein gutes Restaurant und beim Empfang bekommt man ein wunderbares Pisco Sour serviert. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und excellent. Es wurde uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und wurden sogar mit dem Hotelauto kostenlos zum Busbahnhof gebracht. Das Personal spricht Englisch und der Chef spricht ausgezeichnet Englusch und Französisch. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten das Hotel wärmsten empfehlen.
