Spend some wonderful and relaxing days in this villa with swimming pool in Chiclana. Located in a very quiet area and just a few minutes from the beaches. It can accommodate up to four people, book it!

The property is accessed through a gate and a road, shared with another property. Once you reach the property, the garden and swimming pool are for your exclusive use.

This holiday villa has two bedrooms: one with a 1.50 m bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and dressing room. The other bedroom has two 0,90 m single beds. In addition, the accommodation has another bathroom with shower. The villa has a living room (with direct access to the garden and the porch), and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for your comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, vitroceramic hob, kitchenware, etc...

In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden. It also offers is parking for two cars.

The holiday villa is located in the area known in Chiclana de la Frontera as 'Rana Verde'. A quiet place, only a few minutes from the beaches.
