He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."

"We had a really lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel, the hotel was very clean. Very nice room with everything you needed. comfortable bed very happy with the comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again.
