Were travelling with 2 elderly dogs and our room was 28 degrees overly hot and the air conditioning was perminently turned off by the hotel. Reception said it was because weather hadnt been hot enough. They didnt know when it would be turned on again. We were later told it had been turned back on for us but it didnt...

"Excellent service from the lady at reception, she couldn't have been more helpful. Its a budget hotel, so my expectations were not high and proved correct. Quite tired rooms, but very clean, no issues with that. Room was dark and shutters didn't open, perhaps to cut down the noise from the railway at the back. No dining or bar facilities; they do offer breakfast but I had to check-out early, so didnt try it."
