"Excellent physical location. Close to rail station and high streets. Was there for Goodwood Revival and shuttle was conveniently located. Carpets in desperate need of replacing - unacceptable condition and filth. There is a washer but no dryer. Quiet building. Perfect for what we needed. "

"Location is superb. So close to the centre of Ryde and yet tucked away up a driveway within beautiful and calm garden surroundings. Very clean and tidy inside with good use of space and with a feeling of quality and class in the furnishing and accessories etc. Kitchen area has good facilities. Ensuite is spacious and the shower is a good size. Comfortable bed and good wardrobe space. Sash windows and shutters gave a lovely period feel.
