Room and premises were very clean.
My one suggestion is for the gym to have more accessible hours - open early in the morning and later in the evening.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashiwa. It is also very close to the train station and markets - 5 minute walk, which makes it very convenient!"

"The property was terrible. Once I realized it would not work for me I asked the manager to cancel my stay. They refused and charged me for my whole stay though I checked out after one night. I was charged for a ten day stay. Ridiculous! Horrible customer service!"
