"They don’t know English and staff very strict and even hotel manager they don’t speak English. Very hard to communicate and very rude stafffs"

"Slightly older hotel, a little further from the Chiba center. Close to the local art museum and science museums. A few good restaurant nearby, but best to walk 5-10 minutes closer to the station. The staff seems to work hard to maintain the property, despite it being from the 80s-90s. Room lighting is fairly dim."

"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. The naming convention on the rooms is opaque, so check that your selection on room size is adequate for your needs. We booked a "double" room for three people which would have required having two adults and a child sleep in a smallish bed."

"Such a great hotel, the Atelier room was HUGE and very cool. Loved the rooftop views of the Skytree, and the free pastries and juice/coffee available anytime was a real bonus. Very short walk to train, direct to Narita airport train, and lots of places to eat nearby. Also a great mall near the Skytree."
