"Extremely welcoming. We arrived after having booked a 1-night stay just 15 min before. We were shown the rooms, although the owner hadn’t received our reservation yet, which consisted of a very spacious bedroom, bathroom, and a connection between the two rooms (we booked family rooms). They were very charming and had the typical amenities (incl tea & coffee). At the breakfast, at only 5 EUR, there were freshly baked croissants, eggs, different types of bread, cakes, cookies, jam and much more....

The kitchen is well appointed with a well stocked wine rack. Read through the reviews, they are accurate! Comfortable bedding, lovely surroundings and, oh yes, a wonderful bakery across the street. "Gianfranco is a superb host, he was waiting for us on arrival and gave us a guided tour of the property to make sure we were familiar with everything. A very kind man who provided a welcome basket of his own Olive oil and local wine. The property is excellent, the location and views superb and everything a group wanting to relax in Tuscany could ask for. If you want to walk in the area, the village of Quota with an excellently stocked local shop is 1.5 miles away and there are track through...
