"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

"Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Very close to Pisa Centrale station which was convenient although not the nicest immediate surroundings. Close to shops and about a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good too."

"This hotel was amazing. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we could not have been happier with our experience. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, kind and generous with their time. The surrounding area around the hotel was manicured, the pool was beautiful and roof top restaurant is a must see. Thank you for a lovely time and making our anniversary something we will not forget."
