The service was over-the-top outstanding, with each family member and staff member being so unbelievably kind and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. And the team went out of their way to help us make same-day reservations for tastings and dinner. Would highly recommend. "

"My friends and I planned a 2 week long trip to Italy with our stay in Tuscany being our middle stop. While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. We booked Via Hotels.com and were told we would have a room with Air Conditioning as well as laundry services on site. When given our rooms, we were met with the lack of AC and 2 fans to “help”. There was also no laundry available on site and we resorted to hand...

"The facilities were great, including access to the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Parking on site. Villa is a 10 minute drive to two lovely Tuscan towns (Greve and Panzano). Would stay here again - it was so atmospheric! "

"We had fond memories of staying here a few years ago. We especially planned our holiday to include this little gem of a hotel. We cannot say enough of how highly we again enjoyed our stay. The hosts are so warm and friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you arrive. Lovely Tuscan rooms. Well set out, with breakfast table and snacks. Microwave and kettle in room. Clean and comfy. Quiet with beautiful scenery. 10 out of 10."

"Fantastic property that is immaculately finished. From the moment of driving up to it via the main road and seeing the building on the hillside to stepping inside there is a wow factor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, some with lovely new bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and quality ingredients. Only issue was the noise from the apartment above the next morning but all in all a lovely property"

"The place is very cute. There is a great wine tasting place down the gravel road. The mixology place in walking distance up on the main road. 3 min from Pazzano’s restaurants. Greve is bigger but in the valley. I would suggest Pazzano to stay. We had a room with 4 beds as it was 4 of us. It was tight up in a mezzanine. Family with two kids would enjoy it. Grown people not so much. Personnel was very helpful. Breakfast is very decent. Overall very good place"

"Staying here we felt like one of the locals. Our room was clean, beautiful, and the window gave us a view of the rolling hills. The hotel owners were incredibly friendly, offering a glass of wine upon arrival. We cannot speak highly enough of their hospitality! Our favorite hotel during our trip through Italy :)"

"The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"The villa was a combination of multiple separate apartments, which allowed for plenty of comfort and privacy for our big group. The main floor apartment had a dining table and living space that could fit all of us when we wanted to gather. We took advantage of the pool (a bit of a cold plunge, since we were there in the spring weather), and admired the lovely views of the countryside from the outdoor areas. The location is very easy to get to from Florence. Our group went to Siena as a day trip...
