We loved the location of this hotel. It was very quiet and the room we stayed in had blackout curtains making it a great nights sleep. The breakfast was yummy, offering a variety of different options. The room did have an ever so slight misty smell to it, but with a spritz of perfume every now and then, it wasn’t an issue. The staff were lovely and helpful!

Great place for the price you spend, staffs and owners are friendly, good quality local produce used for breakfast, location is close by Friday night street market, there are bikes at this place to ride around town for free. Over all, great experience. I would recommend to stay at this place.

The owner manages her business very diligently and staffs are vey attentive to guests. The villa style building is classic but everything is updated. Breakfast is great. We have fresh vegetables、fruits 、rice and chicken meat every day. The quality we enjoyed surpasses much the price we paid for. Located in downtown conveniently. Strongly recommend.

Hotel staff are so friendly and happy. Breakfast was lovely and rooms were extremely comfortable. They allow you to use the bikes for free too! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

There are bicycles to use for free, using Google maps in the bicycle basket was a fantastic way to seeing Chiang Rai. The management was extremely helpful and I would stay again.

Good budget accommodation. Comfortable room, very clean, helpful staff, help yourself breakfast (although limited choice). Can also use the bicycles for free - but these are a bit battered and so only suitable really for using around the town
