"Have just returned from city break to Verona. Location of hotel is fabulous, yards from the Arena. Check-in was speedy and informative, hotel staff helpful, extra hangers provided on request and desk efficient at arranging taxis. Roof-top terrace bar friendly and relaxing. Breakfast was good value for money with great choice of hot and cold options. Will recommend to friends."

On arrival we found the reception staff very warm, professional, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and nicely set out and the bed so comfortable we had three great nights sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay and we absolutely loved it. The wonderful staff brought us fresh orange juice and cappuccinos on arrival and the buffet choices were perfect.
