"From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel special. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, a gesture that set the tone for the whole stay. The location is hard to beat: right in the heart of Lisbon, with all the best spots, restaurants and sights within easy reach.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. This may be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend, and I can't wait to return!"
