"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Diego est un hôte parfait. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions déjà reçu toutes les explications nécessaires pour rejoindre facilement la résidence. L’accueil a été irréprochable et tout nous a été expliqué avec beaucoup de gentillesse.La résidence est superbe, située dans un endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La grande piscine, profonde et parfaitement entretenue, est un vrai plaisir et offre un panorama magnifique.La maison est très confortable, les chambres sont climatisées et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Rien ne manque !Nous étions avec nos deux adolescents qui ont adoré notre séjour. De superbes plages sont accessibles en quelques minutes. Diego est également de très bon conseil pour recommander les meilleurs restaurants, les plus belles plages ou encore organiser une excursion en bateau.Nous avons pleinement profité de cette magnifique résidence et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un immense merci à Diego pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés !"

"Wunderbarer Blick bis ans Meer, traumhafte Strände im Umkreis von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar, sehr gute Restaurants in Strandnähe und in Domus de Maria! und Chia. Kleiner, sympathischer Vorgarten mit altem Olivenbaum. Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-/Twin-betten. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, warme Außendusche, Sonnenschirme - alles da, was den Urlaub praktisch macht, einfach klass !"

"Had a great time at Via Floridiana! Everything was according to the descriptions so no surprises. Very nice, accurate and friendly communication too. Pool was lovely. Location for beaches as central as it gets if Chia / Domus de Maria is your destination. Ice cream and pool table next door at the resort, so happy kids."

"Absolutely beautiful place and great location. Property owner was great about communicating, gave us some great suggestions for markets and restaurants. The Villa is close to a resort that has an amphitheatre which had music two of the 6 nights that we were there and it was very loud and went very late. That was the only negative."
