"Our contact for the hotel worked remotely. We were baited and switched. Once we arrived at the location we received instructions via WhatsApp to use a combination to open a box. That’s were the key to the unit was. The instructions also said “do not ask the downstairs person about your unit” or something to that effect. The unit was grimy. Mold in the shower and overall it looked like it doesn’t receive regular cleaning. The sheets were yellow. The blanket brown. I would not recommend this place...

"Amazing on all levels! Location is perfect for home base to explore the city and area and everything you want to see is within walking distance. Stylish and very comfortable rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for a couple of nights and then went to Ha Long Bay Area and when we came back we had our same room which was so great! Spotless property and good breakfast especially the items you ask for like the eggs and soup. Definitely have the hotel arrange transportation for you regardless of where you are arriving from or going to for a seamless and worry free experience as the international arrivals terminal is nuts!! We can’t recommend this hotel any higher! It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for everything."
