"This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel. It's new and the decor is beautiful. However, the attention to detail is very bad. The lobby of the hotel was not dusted or vacuumed. The floor in the elevator never got mopped the entire time we were there. It was filthy. We used the guest laundry and the floor had not been swept or mopped for weeks. In our room, the middle of the floor was clean but the sides of the bathroom vanity were covered in dust bunnies and old towels.

"First thing is that the staff wasn’t there when we checked in they left at 2:00 pm crazy. 2nd they have a list of things u can’t do that’s a mile long and they want to charge you for everything. The cabin was very small unfurnished which we knew but the shades were broken, there were cob webs in the ceiling and the tv didn’t work. Not to mention the tv was like a 10”. They want u to clean it before you leave so they don’t have to. I’m guessing it hasn’t been cleaned or checked since whoever...
