"In ALL of my life, I have never been in such a DISGUSTING place. The first room we we put in had a fly on the mirror. We had to disinfectant the room in order to feel any kind of comfortable. The television was NOT set up to work. When I tried to call the desk, the room phone was dead (couldn't be used.. I am handicapped. I can't walk without help from a cane. What if I needed to call immediately? No access by phone. Went to the desk and had my room switched. A BUG came onto my friend's chest...
